2 more seasons for the Scholes appreciation society

Well at United anyway, we will miss him when he finishes. As much as i like Anderson i don't really think he is a replacement for Scholes. Mind you i think when we saw Keano replace Robson we thought you would always have to have that box to box type midfielder, but the last two seasons have proved you don't i suppose. Nevertheless it would be beautiful to have another Scholes type player at old trafford. Carrick has done well over the past two seasons, but he will never quite fill the ginger princes boots.

The fact that he was a level headed normal human being not an overpaid prima donna was refreshing but it is what he does on the pitch that we will miss.
