Will fergie have to talk the Beeb

According ot this report from the Guardian talks are at a delicate juncture, but if he refuses, he could end up seriously out of pocket. I'm afraid if the original report was so scandalous why didn't he sue them.

Rory Smith of the telegraph writes Rooney will receive a helping hand at United this season. I am absolutely certain he won't play as many games as he did last season. It may well therefore be a fair bet that he won't score as many goals. I'm not saying he definitely won't, but i have a feeling he will be rested more than he has been before and maybe more than he will like. Though after last summer i think he will see the reasoning behind it and accept it.

Fergie reminds the press it wasn't just Rooney and England that had disappointing summers in South Africa.

Cleverley is to stay at United for the season ahead, reveals Ferguson. I like that news as i never really understood why Fergie was thinking of letting him go out on loan. Fergie came out with all the reasons i thought he should stay. He is going to be a top player, he can play all across the midfiled and he will score goals and we need goalscoring midfielders. I am very happy with this news.

The Independent reports that uproar in Cina over the governments so called backing of the bid for Liverpool has forced Huang to admit that they are not involved, his consortium may not have the required money yet and the building of a new stadium that was supposed to start immediately is only a long term goal. The scandal here is that one party state China probed the bid and brought the lies out into the open before what is laughingly called our high quality investigative journalism.
I suppose in a sense for us as United fans it's a shame they did, because the dippers may well have accepted with open arms the aquisition of their club by another set of lying shysters. But for the good of football it's a good thing that this has come out.
