Pique returns to Barcelona

The club United lured him from. It's a pity, i thought and still do that he will turn out to be a very good player. But there is no way he is going to force his way ahead of Ferdinand or Vidic any time soon, so for the sake of his career it has got to be a good move for him. As much as i rate him he didn't impress as much as i had hoped when he did get his chances last season. Though i thought he could have been given more of a go at right back when we were playing the lesser teams with his classy passing. I think he will do well at Barca, especially as he gets more games and more experience, exactly what he wouldn't have got at United. It makes me wonder what is going to happen with Jonny Evans and Craig Cathcart as they have the same problem to surmount.

United will consider reporting Real to FIFA if the continue to try and publicly tap him up.

Selling the club wouldn't surprise me, but not yet.

I am never sure what think fans or clubs think when they either agitate to get a coach the sack or when a board actually enacts the sack. Once you pick a coach he has to be given all season, if the teams performance wasn't up to scratch then relieve him of his duties and bring in a new coach in the off season who then has a chance to bring in the new faces he wants and get rid of the old coaches faces that don't fit. I thought Cullen had done a fair job at Warrington.

I couldn't believe how easy it all turned out for England yesterday as they beat the Kiwis bu 6 wickets with Strauss of all people playing the match winning innings.
